Refund Policy

Payment:

Full payment is required at the time of booking. Your session is not confirmed until payment has been received.

Cancellations:

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment are not eligible for a refund.

Rescheduling:

If you booked your session more than 24 hours in advance, you may reschedule your appointment without penalty provided you notify us at least 24 hours before the session.

Requests to reschedule within 24 hours of the appointment will be treated as a late cancellation and are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.

No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be treated as a late cancellation and will not be refunded.
